Home Inspection
Your home inspection will provide a detailed review of all the major systems and areas of each home. Our technology allows us access to view areas that are hidden from sight. We invite you to join us for the inspection to ask questions and to learn more about the home and property. We will also answer any questions concerning our findings with you and your agent. We’ll advise on urgent repairs and those that can wait but should still be addressed. We review all exterior and interior areas including:
Major Systems – plumbing, HVAC, electrical
Exterior – roof, skylights, chimney, vents, flashing, grading, garage, drainage
Interior – fireplace, doors, windows, attic, ventilation, basement, insulation, stairs, railings
All areas of the home will be accessed. Our findings will be available in our easy-to-read report complete with images to highlight areas of concern.
Sewer Scope Inspection
A sewer scope inspection will provide valuable information regarding the connection between the sewer lines from the building drain all the way to the city’s main sewer. Using our advanced technology, we use a specialized camera system to locate any possible defects that could result in larger issues. Crushed pipes, separated joints, root intrusion, cracks, blockages, corrosion, sags and more can go undetected without a proper inspection and lead to more expensive issues over time. Be sure to schedule your sewer scope inspection for your property’s safety.
